GLC was established as an “all encompassing resource” for professional and business organizations
that have historically utilized a wide variety of AR management companies, collection agencies and law firms as well as their own internal departments and employees to attempt to properly manage their accounts receivable. GLC has developed an effective and professional approach to managing accounts receivable that allows our clients a single point of contact for all of their receivable issues, efficient collections and maximized recoveries.

CRAIG R. HOUSER, managing member and a 1986 graduate of the John Marshall Law School. He has focused his practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters, beginning as a trial attorney defending bodily injury claims at the Chicago-based insurance defense firm, Garretson & Santora. Over the last 12 years, his concentration has been on creditors’ rights and collections. His experience includes turns as general counsel for Revenue Production Management, Inc., now known as MiraMed Global Revenue Group, overseeing third-party reimbursement litigation for client medical providers, HIPAA compliance and licensing, as well as subsequent associations with Albert Speisman & Assoc., PS and the Quality Account Management Company (QAMCO).

JUSTIN GREENBERG, graduated from The John Marshall Law School in 2003 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association soon after. In 2004, The Grabowski Law Center was extremely pleased to offer Justin a position as an associate attorney. Justin thrived in his new environment of bad debt recovery and was named a partner in September of 2007. His main business focus on a daily basis is to maximize debt recovery and maintain positive customer relations.

PAUL A. GRABOWSKI, an Of Counsel member, is a former Managing Partner of a law firm bearing his name for over twenty years. Prior to managing the law firm, he worked as an Assistant Regional Attorney for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and was the Assistant General Counsel for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. Since leaving government employment, he has limited his practice of law to assisting all types of credit grantors in recovering amounts due them. He also founded Revenue Production Management, Inc., a collection agency that specialized in collecting delinquent accounts receivable, which he sold in 2005. Organizations managed by Grabowski have collected hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of their clients.
